PRT Growing Services Acquires International Forest Company (IFCO)

PRT Growing Services Ltd. (PRT), North America’s largest producer of forest seedlings, announced Wednesday (4-5-23) that it acquired International Forest Company (IFCO), a privately-owned seedling company with nurseries located in six states across the US Southeast.

Together, as a combined entity, PRT will operate 14 seed orchards and 28 nurseries, producing 630 million forest seedlings annually. The move will establish the industry’s only pan-North American forest seedling supplier.
