Boreal Carbon Corporation Acquires 20,000 Acres of Northern Ontario Timberland

Boreal Carbon Corporation, a private Canadian company with a vision of becoming a leading carbon credit developer through acquisition and management of forestry projects in North America, announced Tuesday (4-18-23) that it has closed on the acquisition of 20,000 plus acres of institutional-quality timberland located in Northern Ontario.

The company says the acquisition marks a significant milestone as Boreal builds a portfolio of timberland assets in North America which generate high-quality, verifiable carbon credits through the implantation of science-based sustainable forest management practices.
