The EGGER Group announced on Friday (9-8-23) that it has agreed to purchase the Rauch Group’s chipboard plant located in Markt Bibart, Germany. Rauch Group’s furniture plants remain unaffected by the purchase.
According to the press release, the EGGER Group’s purchase of the chipboard plant exemplifies its consistent pursuit of growth based on its own performance and its ability to further strengthen its position in the European market.
The sale is subject to the customary regulatory approvals. The chipboard plant in Makt Bibart will be EGGER Group’s twenty-second global production plant.
