In response to operational adjustments due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the U.S. Department of Commerce, Enforcement and Compliance, Assistant Secretary, Jeffrey L. Kessler, has announced new deadlines for all antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) administrative reviews. It has been decided to uniformly toll, (pause or delay), the deadlines for all AD and CD administrative reviews by 50 days.
