US Dept. of Commerce Releases Final Determinations in Fifth Administrative Review of Duties on Certain Softwood Lumber Products From Canada

On Monday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) released its final determinations for the fifth Administrative Review (AR5) in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of imports of certain softwood lumber products from Canada.

The DOC published the preliminary rates earlier this year. The final rates are listed in the table below, according to the BC government.

These rates will take effect once they are published in the US Federal Register, expected within approximately one week. FEA will publish the final notices when they become available.
