Fire at Collins Products Lumber Mill in Klamath Falls Oregon

Fire companies from Keno, Klamath Falls and Kingsley Field responded to a fire at Collins Products on Hwy 66, in Klamath Falls shortly after 8:00 AM PST on Monday 1-13. The fire was contained to an environmental system that scrubs emissions from the plant. There were no injuries reported but company officials said that fire is likely to cause some downtime at the hardboard siding plant. The particle board plant was not impacted.
