November Home Prices Continue to Rise
According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index report for November, nationally home prices increased 3.5%, up from the 3.2% increase reported in October. The 10-City Composite increased 2% annually, which is up 1.7% from October. The 20-City Composite increased 2.6% annually, up from 2.2% from October. Areas with the greatest price appreciation – Phoenix, Charlotte and Tampa.
