U.S. new home sales ease; prices dip to lowest since 2017
In a report jointly published by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) it was reported that single-family home sales fell 0.7% in September 2019, to an annualized pace of 701,000 units. The median sales prices however decreased by 8.8%, from a year earlier to $299.400. The lowest level since February 2017. The Census Bureau has provided these key insights. . .
