Home Building Continue Despite COVID-19 Virus Outbreak

While residents in California, New York and Pennsylvania are told to stay home, unless they perform life essential work duties, in the remaining states home builders are still building houses. But these companies, big and small, are anticipating a sudden drop in new home demand as the COVID-19 virus outbreak and its continuing negative impact on the U.S. economy will likely slow construction and intensify the ongoing national housing shortage.
