U.S. existing home sales fall more than expected in November
The National Association of Realtors has reported that existing home sales in November unexpectedly fell -1.7%, from October to a SAAR of 5.35 million homes. Sales in the Northeast and Midwest continued to grow, while sales in the South and West saw declines. Existing homes sales are still 2.7% from one year ago, the fifth straight month of year-on-year gains.
