Jreidini sees recruitment post COVID-19 across many industries going to a partial shift to remote work, perhaps only 1 – 2 days per week. COVID-19, Jreidini says, has forced companies to figure out ways of getting work done remotely and that includes AEC related businesses. Jreidini expects to see the landscape of recruitment shift from horizontal platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to verticalized labor marketplaces related to the specific industry, for example AEC.
