Boise Cascade completes $512 million acquisition of Coastal Plywood
Boise Cascade Company, a leading producer of engineered wood products and plywood in North America, reported on Monday (7-25-22) that it had completed its previously announced purchase of Coastal Plywood Company and its manufacturing operations in Chapman, Alabama, and Havana, Florida, for $512 million.
Commenting on the completed sale, Boise’s CEO Nate Jorgensen said, “We’re very pleased to welcome these new associates to the Boise Cascade team. We look forward to serving our customers with this expanded capacity.”
