Huber Resources Acquires Certain Assets of Compass Land Consultants

Huber Resources Corp (HRC), a subsidiary of the JM Huber Corporation specializing in full-service forest management for clients throughout the US, announced on Monday (5-1-23) that it has acquired certain assets of Compass Land Consultants, Inc. (CLC).

According to the press release, the move will grow and expand HRC as well as its Sewall Forestry and Natural Resources Consulting business globally in key service areas including timberland management, timberland appraisals, forest inventory management, and forest modeling.

JM Huber Corporation (JMHC), the parent company of HRC, has a long history of timberland management, which dates back to the 1940’s—an area of business that has played a critical role in the success of JMHC through the years. Today, HRC continues JMHC’s legacy of forest management through stewardship of more than one million acres of land for clients throughout the US.
