BLM to sell 250 thousand board feet of timber
On Tuesday, the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced that it will offer the Gold Mountain Fire Salvage Timber Sale, covering approximately 250 million board feet of timber from 120 acres near High Mesa in Gunnison County, Colorado.
BLM will accept written bids on August 19 at its Gunnison Field Office. The agency said timber produced through the sale will provide supplies for construction and other industries while supporting jobs across western Colorado.
