USNR Expands, Acquiring Sweden’s Sågteknik

USNR recently shared that is has acquired Sågteknik i Södermanland, a sawmill technology company in Sweden.

“We have collaborated with each other for many years. Both parties feel that the transition to joining together feels like a natural way forward,” USNR stated in the announcement. 

Martin Rentoft, co-owner and CEO of Sågteknik, added: “USNR has shown us in previous deliveries that they take the responsibility that we think our customers deserve. We also look forward to the new challenges ahead.”
