Greenply Specialty Panels Breaks Ground on Second MDF Line in India

Greenply Specialty Panels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenply Industries, has broken ground on its second medium density fiberboard (MDF) production line at its manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, ET Manufacturing reported (3-25-26).

The expansion represents an investment of INR 4.25 billion (US$45.1 million) and is intended to address increasing demand for MDF across India. The new line is expected to be operational in 2028Q2.
