Weyerhaeuser Reports Sale of Montana Timberland Completed

Weyerhaeuser has announced that they have completed the sale of 630K acres of Montana timberlands to Southern Pine Plantations for ~$145 million in an all cash transaction. Weyerhaeuser’s three facilities in Montana are not affected by this sale.
