LP Building Solutions Breaks Ground on a New LP SmartSide ExpertFinish Facility in Bath, New York
On Tuesday morning (7-13-22), LP Building Solutions (LP), a leading manufacturer of high-performance building products, broke ground on a new LP® SmartSide® ExpertFinish® facility on 75 acres in the town of Bath, New York. The facility is expected to be operational by Q3 of 2023 and will bring more than 60 new jobs to the area.
In establishing its first facility in the New York market, LP celebrates breaking ground on its 12th siding facility and 26th manufacturing site across North and South America.
The facility is being designed for future expansion and will join LP’s three existing siding prefinished facilities of LP Roaring River, LP Green Bay, and LP St. Louis.
