US Dept. of Commerce Publishes New Duties for Softwood Lumber Products From Canada
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has published the new antidumping and countervailing duty rates for imports of Canadian softwood lumber products in the Federal Register. Therefore, the final determination rates from the fifth administrative review are effective August 19th, 2024.
The DOC published the preliminary rates earlier this year. The final rates are listed in the table below:
