Home Prices Rise in Fourth Quarter of 2019

According to a report released on February 23rd, 2020, by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), U.S. home prices increased in the fourth quarter of 2019 by 1.3%. Home prices rose 5.1% from the fourth quarter of 2018, to the fourth quarter of 2019. FHFA’s seasonally adjusted monthly index for December 2019 was up 0.6% from November 2019.
