Fannie Mae Publishes May 2025 National Housing Survey Results
On Monday, Fannie Mae released the results of its National Housing Survey for May.
The Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI) increased 4.3 points to a reading of 73.5. Compared to a year earlier, the HPSI was up 4.1 points.
The HPSI is a composite index designed to track consumers’ housing-related attitudes, intentions, and perceptions, using six questions from the National Housing Survey.
