SWISS KRONO Group has completed the acquisition of Collins Pine’s particleboard and engineered wood siding facilities in Klamath Falls, Oregon, effective August 25.
The acquisition, first announced on May 30, represents a strategic step in SWISS KRONO’s North American expansion, allowing the company to further strengthen its presence in the Western US and continue its mission of providing sustainable, wood-based solutions.
With Klamath Falls, the company adds its 12th production site.
