US International Trade Commission Affirms Determinations in Five-Year Reviews Concerning Certain Softwood Lumber Products From Canada
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) on Thursday (11-30-23), by a 4–0 vote, made an affirmative determination in its five-year (sunset) review process concerning certain softwood lumber products from Canada.
According to the preliminary USITC press release, the existing orders on imports of this product from Canada will remain in place.
