With an MBA from the UK, she currently leads Megamet, India’s largest timber importing and distribution company, operating across India, the Middle East, and South Asia.
Prachi has played a pivotal role in formalizing India’s organized timber imports and championing FSC- and PEFC-certified sustainable sourcing.
A regular speaker at international forums—including FEA and other international softwood conferences—she also contributes to Indian, German, and Russian industry publications. Her accolades include awards and recognition from industry bodies.
