Canfor Completes Purchase of Elliott Sawmilling Company Inc.
Canfor Corporation is reporting that they have completed the $ 110 million purchase of Elliott Sawmilling Company, Inc., in Estill, South Carolina. The purchases that was first announced by Canfor on 9th November 2018, was completed on May 31st, 2020. The addition of the Elliott facility will increase Canfor’s Southern Pine production capacity by over 210 million board feet annually.
