Shortage of Available Buildable Lots Eases Slightly in 2019 . . . Remains a Problem

In their September 2019 survey, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) \ Wells Fargo Home Market Index (HMI) asked builders special questions about the availability of buildable lots in their areas.  The results of the survey show that the shortage of lots that has been hindering the housing recovery lessened somewhat in 2019.
