Remodelers Confidence Soars in Q3

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has released their Remodeling Market Index (RMI) for Q3 2020. The reading of 82 in the third quarter, indicates remodelers’ strong confidence in their markets. As homeowners remodeled their homes to adjust to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on daily living. The report does point out that remodelers faced serious supply chain challenges during the quarter, especially with increased material costs and lack of availability on several key items, which in turn delayed and extended jobsite completions schedules
