Remodelers’ Confidence Holds Steady in Third Quarter of 2019
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has released their Remodeling Market Index (RMI) for the 3rd Qtr., of 2019. The RMI posted a reading of 55, which is unchanged from the 2nd Qtr. A reading of 50 or above indicates that remodelers view the market as good. The RMI has remained above 50 since the second quarter of 2013. Contributing to the remodelers upbeat assessment of their market is recent natural disasters and the need for repair that follows.
