October Home Prices Increased by 3.5% Year over Year
CoreLogic® has released their CoreLogic Home Price Index (HPI™) and HPI Forecast™ for October 2019. The report shows that home prices rose nationally, both year over year and month over month by 3.5% when compared to October 2018. On a month-over-month basis, prices increased by 0.5% in October 2019.
