Mortgage Rates Remain Flat for week ending 12-19-19

Freddie Mac has released the results of is Primary Mortgage Market Survey® for the week ending on 12-19-19. The Survey shows that the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 3.73%, unchanged from a week ago.
