Mortgage Rates Hold Steady

Freddie Mac has released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) for the week ending on December 5th 2019. According to the PMMS the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage average was 3.68%. Unchanged from last week. Last year at this time the FRM averaged 4.75%
