Fannie Mae Home Purchase Sentiment Index Rises in July

On Thursday, Fannie Mae released the results of its July National Housing Survey, which includes the Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI), a measure of consumer sentiment toward housing.

The HPSI rose 2.0 points to 71.8. Year-over-year, the index was up 0.3 points.
