Conference Information

    • How do I register?

    • What are the dates and times for each session?

      The 2025 conference will occur in person on June 4–5 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Programming covers two full days. Please review the Agenda for a detailed schedule.

    • What topics will be covered?

      This conference provides participants with timely updates on industry and market conditions from all regions, as well as the global outlook for 2025–26. A detailed outline of the session topics is available on the Agenda.

    • Who are the speakers?

      Speakers range from FEA’s own top-tier analysts to carefully curated guests from around the globe. An outline of the session topics is available on the Agenda, and a full summary of speakers is available on the Speakers page.

    • Will food and drink be provided?

      Registration includes a buffet lunch on both days. Light refreshments will be provided during breaks.

      We also encourage attendees to join us for our networking reception at the end of Day 1.
