Larry Davis
Larry Davis is Vice President of US BECCS Fiber at Drax, where he leads the development of fiber supply for US BECCS plants. He has over 40 years of diverse experience in forest resources across North America and internationally.
At Drax, Larry’s role involves ensuring the delivery of qualifying fiber to US BECCS plants. He also leads the development of comprehensive plans for the logistics, infrastructure, and processing to deliver the required fiber from qualifying forest landowners.
Larry’s previous roles include operational leadership for extensive forestland ownerships across the US and for feedstock supply to over 15 different fiber-consuming facilities. His leadership experience includes forestry research, ESG guidance, forestry business development, greenfield manufacturing development, and land M&A due diligence.
Larry holds a BS in Forestry from Louisiana Tech University and an MS in Forest Economics from Mississippi State University.
