In addition to his significant contributions at Suzano, where he has held pivotal roles in the Paper, Packaging, and now Pulp Business Units, Guilherme’s extensive experience extends beyond the space of forestry. He has also enriched his professional journey by serving in leadership positions in sales, marketing, and strategic planning at two major consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of consumer demands in today’s fast-paced global landscape.
Guilherme’s holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UNESP and has earned an MBA from FGV EAESP (both in Brazil). Notably, he successfully completed the prestigious Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in 2022.
