Diego Benedetti
Diego Benedetti has been with the European Organisation of the Sawmill Industry (EOS) since 2016 and currently serves as Economic Affairs Director, a role he assumed in January 2024. Based in Brussels, Belgium, he oversees data collection, market analysis, and trade issues for EOS and represents the organization in international bodies.
Before joining EOS, he worked in Budapest, Hungary, from 2011 to 2015, first as a market analyst and later as a team leader. He holds an MA in International Affairs from the University of Bologna and a BA from the University of Pisa. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing and watching tennis, and hiking in the forest.
