Alexei Bogatyrev
In 2000, Alexei Bogatyrev established Lesprom Network, which has since evolved into a premier global marketplace for wood products, attracting over 100,000 industry professionals. This platform facilitates international trade by offering a comprehensive ecosystem that includes a trading platform, supplier directory, up-to-date market news, market research and analytics, a trade messenger, and regular newsletters.
Lesprom Network is instrumental in enhancing business efficiency for companies worldwide, helping them identify lucrative markets and trading opportunities. Prior to Lesprom Network, Alexei’s career spanned roles at international investment firms and co-founding ventures, such as an information agency and a social network for travelers in Russia.
Since March 2022, Alexei has lived in Destin, Florida, with his wife Maria and son Arseny. He enjoys traveling, skiing, and sailing. An alumnus of Moscow State University and the Academy of National Economy in Russia, Alexei holds an MBA.
