U.S. Home Prices Increase 0.7% in February 2020

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Home Price Index (HPI) reports that U.S. house prices rose in February, 0.7% from the previous month. Year-over-year, house prices are 5.7% higher, (February 2019 to February 2020). The previously reported 0.3% increase for January 2020, has been revised upward to 0.5%.
