Conifex Timber Inc. has announced that it is extending its temporary production curtailment at its Mackenzie British Columbia sawmill for four more additional weeks, until Monday 1st June 2020. This in response to continued weakened global demand for forest products and sustained uncertainty from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Conifex Timber does not expect any adverse consequences on its bioenergy operations.
