Ashlee Cribb
Ashlee Cribb is the Chief Executive Officer of Gorman Group, a diversified wood products company with six operations across British Columbia and Washington State. Gorman Group manufacturers high-quality specialty wood products and maintains a strong cross-border presence as a supplier to both US and Canadian markets.
Ashlee brings a broad perspective on manufacturing, market development, and North American lumber trade. Prior to joining Gorman Group, she served as Executive Vice President of Wood Products at Rayonier (formerly PotlatchDeltic). Her earlier career includes leadership roles in marketing, operations, and business leadership with Georgia-Pacific and Roseburg Forest Products.
Ashlee is an active industry leader and currently serves as the 2nd Vice Chair on the Softwood Lumber Board. She has served on the board of numerous industry organizations, including the American Wood Council, APA – The Engineered Wood Association, and multiple lumber-grading agencies.
Drawing on her experience across both Canadian and US markets, Ashlee offers valuable insight into the evolving dynamics of the forest products sector, including trade, demand growth, and the future of wood products in North America.
